Registration for the fifth annual Marakez Pyramids Half Marathon will be processed in four phases, beginning with the Lowest Price Guarantee phase, which will last for a limited period of just one week, ending at midnight on Tuesday, February 28th, 2023.

Important Notices:

1. There are three distances to select from.

2. The 21K and 10K races are officially certified by AIMS (the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races) and are timed using the MyLaps Timing System. Both the 21K and 10K begin at 7:00 am and have a three-hour cut-off time. 21K and 10K runners also receive authentic PUMA race t-shirts as part of their Race Packs. The minimum age for 10K participation is 12 years old and the minimum age for 21K participation is 16 years old. Age is calculated based on year of birth.

3. The 5K Fun Run begins at 11:00 am and is open to runners of all ages and abilities. Participants can choose to run or walk the distance. The minimum age for the 5K Fun Run is 8 years old. Age is calculated based on year of birth. The 5K Fun Run is not timed and participants also earn a finisher's medal at the Finish Line. 5K Fun Run participants will receive a commemorative race t-shirt as part of their Race Pack at the Expo.

4. Ticket prices are detailed below in Egyptian pounds. These ticket prices are for Egyptian nationals and foreign nationals who reside in Egypt and possess a residency permit. Non-resident foreign citizens should sign up at the link at the bottom of this page.

Runners must register, select their race distance and complete payment online.

Race Pack Pick-Up, including Race ID, Race T-Shirt, & Race Number, will be conducted at the

MARAKEZ PYRAMIDS HALF MARATHON RACE EXPO. 

Runners must confirm that they have read & agreed to all TICKET TERMS before signing up.
